This was necessary as so many were living a false lifestyle built on materiality and it's many lower vibrational trappings. And so it became necessary to cleans, to review, to create a new path forward. Many find this extremely difficult. Many have had to diversify and find new work skills. But I say to you many have also grown to new heights of awareness. Many are also happier now the financial pressures have been lifted from their shoulders. So the cleansing has also contained many blessings. It is time now to re balance your mental and emotional bodies. Release completely the old angers, hurts and injustices that you have experienced. An evocative performance based on a Sufi retreat in Lefka, Cyprus accompanied by poetic prose. 'A Chandelier of Golden drops' An emerald carpet swells beneath my feet; mounds heave exuberantly. Body descends to the flow of an effervescent stream Tendrils of green caress my tepid toes. Impassioned thoughts swirl inside the brain like transcending dervishes. Disembodies ballooning. Eyes stir fervently towards the surfacing sun; revealing its incandescent face through the tremulous foliage Enchanting sounds awaken; Earth crumbles as diminutive life scurries from beneath A chorus of distant bees hum melodically Entangled by sinewy arms Head escapes Aloft - precariously hangs a chandelier of golden drops sprawling outwards; blooming profusely. Tiny leaf green buds cradle their soft, premature interior Shimmering as they illuminate neighboring trees. A curtain of neatly spun threads, studded with golden-honey stars droops Shrouded - My body glows in a meadow of rich gold Heavy eyelids tinted by golden dust. Balminess fills the caverns of my soul. Limbs ignite, eyes illuminate, lush hair melts into my golden skin Bands of intoxicating colours imprint on the brain. Body immersed in a white screen. I can almost taste paradise.
Emerald Isle Beach Retreat 2012 will go down in the history books as the best retreat EVER! Girls from area high schools including Cary, Green Hope, Cary Christian, Athens Drive, Apex and Grace gathered for a wonderful time of sharing and fun. The topic for the weekend was relationships. My Grandparents chose to love each other when they met as teenagers, and then, they chose to love each other every part of every day, through the Great Depression, through absence during war, child rearing, work, illnesses... Life. Finding TRUE love? They met... And That was it. Again, the true love part was a daily choice whether either was as attractive or as exciting as the day they met. True love depends on each person, not just the one you find or the one that finds you. In other words, Love is a Choice, because we are not 110% lovable 24 hours a day. True love is when each person sees that real life is not like a romance movie script True love is accepting the fact of real life, which brings creative challenges that, with the choice to love, can increase attraction. The talented people that write and act, the hundreds or thousands of people that are the list of credits at the end of a movie - from the accountants to the doctors to the musicians and screenwriters - They work on projects that, as finished masterpieces, may often have coincidental similarities to your definition of romance and the most often undefined and over-used phrase... "true love" Again, the credits behind movies, books, shows and songs... include a lot of people. Why, because such productions are intentionally crafted to touch our deepest self.
