My name is Joe Fiore and I am in the class of 2010 at Point Pleasant Beach High School in NJ where I will be a 3 year varsity starter. During my junior season I batted in the leadoff position posting a .445 Batting Avg and collecting a team leading 32 hits scoring 24 times; I was ranked in the top 20 hitters in the NJ Shore Conference in Hits and Avg posted by the Asbury Park Press. My Team placed second in the NJSIAA Group 1 Central State Sectional Playoffs. During the State Sectional Playoffs I posted .636 Batting Avg going 7 for 11 with 3 doubles and 7 RBI's. I am 5'10" 170lbs with above average Bat Speed and Contact; I have average power; my arm strength is above average and I have solid defensive skills; my best time for the 60yd is 6:85.
