Loading times were removed for your consideration and enjoyment. I decided to shift my attention a little bit to what I believe is one of the most underrated consoles, the Nintendo Wii. I had always seen LA Machineguns in the arcade back in the day, but never had any desire to play it. It actually looked kinda dumb to me at the time versus other games like Virtua Cop and House of the Dead which appeared to be more involving since you had to think about reloading your gun and not shooting innocent people. LA Machineguns just seemed totally mindless......and sometimes it is but as it turns out it is alot of fun. I first played LA Machineguns with my wife at an arcade about 3 years ago while I was on vacation in Florida. After playing it once I couldn't stop playing it until all my tokens were gone. The game's fast pace mixed with that gun that recoiled at the launch of each bullet was just too much fun. After we left the arcade, I thought "Why in the world is that game NOT on the Wii?" About a year later I see an announcement that it was in fact being ported to the Wii. Much to my surprise, not much was lost in translation even though one of the best parts is now missing. The rumble of the Wii remote is set up kind of clever to where you only feel rumble when your bullets hit something like an enemy, ground, or water.
