40K VIEWS, THANKS ALOT AND SUBSCRIBE!!! Miced with a SM57, Marshall 1922 cab and Peavey valveking. The G12T-75 has more high end, and more scooped mids. The Vintage 30 has more mids. I like both.
Rig: Gibson LP Deluxe (P-90s by Merlin Pickups) + Sunn Model T + two Marshall 1960s. One (stock 90's JCM900 series cab) equipped with Celestion G12T-75 speakers, second one (late 70's cab) with 1978/79 Celestion G12M Blackbacks - basically not any different from Greenbacks except the plastic covers' color.
First: 70's Orange w/ G12m Greenbacks Second: old German Allsound cab with G12t-75 All speakers made in UK. Amp: Marshall JMP 2204 boosted with a modded Boss SD-1 Guitar: Fender Telecaster '62 Custom Made in Japan w/ sh-4 bridge.
Heres another shootout! V30 vs G12t75, miced with a sm 57. Exactly same eq, different speaker. Using both speakers sound EPIC!!! Guitar: PRS SE Torero Amp: Peavey Valveking 100 Cab: Marshall 1960A with V30 and G12t75 in the ''x pattern'' Mic: Shure SM57.
