Unboxing and look at Hauppauge WinTV NOVA-TD-500 Dual DVB-T Freeview Digital TV Tuner which I purchased from Amazon for £55. Dual DVB-T Tuners allow you to record one program and watch another, or even record two different programs at the same time. The card and remote worked out of the box with MythTV in Mythbuntu 11.04, unfortunately it was slow at changing channel. Using it in Windows 7 it was far quicker at changing channel, however that one single advantage was far outweighed by many disadvantages such as: no simple EPG, remote not compatible with other applications, slow bootup, etc... This was for a HTPC that I built for one of my mates.
