Sennheiser EW 100 ENG G3 Wireless Microphone system review and show off. How to get great audio for Youtube and other videos. While this system is more expensive than some consumer -oriented systems, it provides professional performance at a lower cost than most professional systems. The Sennheiser G3 wireless mic system should be the system you consider if you want reliable and pro audio performance at a good price to performance ratio. I have this hooked up to my Canon 5d Mark II with the audio level set manually to just one above the lowest gain settings. I then adjusted the output on the Sennheiser 100 G3 receiver to a +DB gain setting to get the level in the camera where I want it. This provides the lowest possible noise floor without having to have an external digital audio recorder or mixer.
