Sennheiser's e908D and e908B are specifically designed - respectively - for drums and wind instruments. The gooseneck mount on both models can bend whichever way you need, and both feature sturdy capsules that can stand up to being whacked with a drumstick or whatever. Both also come with the MZA900P, which is a 48volt phantom adaptor with an XLR that goes straight into your board. You can also make both of them wireless, and... but just watch the video to get all the specs, not to mention some important differences that make each mic specific for your needs. And yes, we know he says "608T" in the last part of the video, but he means "908B". It had been a long day... |
